Group Gite The Mill

Located near exit 32 of the A89 between Clermont-Ferrand, Lyon, and Saint-Étienne, and next to the D1, this group gîte offers a central location and easy access. Less than a kilometer away, you’ll find all the shops and services of Saint-Germain-Laval, along with its charming monuments and winding streets. "Le Moulin," dating from 1860, is set in a large stone house above the Aix river, adjoining the owners’ residence. Enjoy a spacious shared outdoor area: access to the river, a wooded area with children’s play equipment, swing, slide, tennis wall, basketball hoop, pétanque court, and a ping-pong room. You’ll also have your own private terrace and balcony, plus a barbecue for outdoor meals. Set out for walks or hikes directly from the gîte. Chalmazel ski resort and Col de la Loge are 35 minutes away, and Villerest lake beach is 30 minutes away. The 340 m² gîte, spread over two levels, accommodates up to 15 guests in 11 bedrooms (7 with single beds, 2 with two single beds, 2 with queen beds), 2 large living rooms, equipped kitchen, 6 toilets, 3 showers, activity room (ping-pong), washing machine, shared freezer with the owner. Wi-Fi, TV, fans, and electric heating in every room. There are a few steps to access the entrance. Private parking. Dogs must be kept on a leash in the fenced garden but may run free in the adjoining woods. Parties are not allowed. The owners live on site.
